Ductwork manufacture is the core of our foundation, for over 50 years we have been manufacturing HVAC ductwork for major projects encompassing healthcare, education, commercial and industrial building sector.
All TRP ductwork is manufactured in strict accordance with AS4254, our in house quality assurance systems ensure that all ductwork adheres to this standard. Quality is principal in our business philosophy – we are dedicated to producing a quality product at competitive pricing.
Our manufacturing plants are equipped with the latest technology in the industry. Both states are serviced with full coiline machines, NC plasma profile cutters and waterjet insulation processing. Our investment in equipment and technology is driven to match the ever-increasing pace of the construction industry.
Our advanced scheduling and management of ductwork flows enables us to manage multiple major projects concurrently – we have the capacity to meet any project spike or demand.
All ductwork is individually labelled and barcoded with project specific information, we have the technology to track and trace individual duct pieces from factory through to site delivery.
We offer complete insulation services – all internally insulated ductwork is standard with sheet metal nosing channels, we offer externally insulated ductwork from the factory, reducing the additional trades required onsite.
TRP supplies dedicated ductwork lifting cages for high rise developments, in both 3.0m and 6.0m dimensions to land on standard construction decks.
